Origin builds institution-ready DeFi products that deliver durable, transparent yield. Our multichain yield ecosystemliquid-staking tokens (OETH, Super OETH, OS), a yield-bearing stablecoin (OUSD), and automated redemption manager (ARM) vaultssimplifies earning passive returns across DeFi. Protocol revenue funds buybacks of the native token **OGN** to reward stakers and align incentives through decentralized governance. We're hiring a senior Growth & BD leader to scale distribution and liquidity through institutional partnerships and disciplined execution, accelerating adoption and integrations across the broader DeFi landscape. What success looks like (first 90180 days) ------------------------------------------- * Produce a clear, data-driven liquidity and distribution plan with targets across TVL, depth, retention, and cost of capital that maps directly to measurable revenue growth. * Launch 24 high-conviction initiatives (strategic integrations, partner programs, product-led distribution, campaigns) with measurable revenue impact. * Build a repeatable partnership funnel: source -> qualify -> structure -> execute -> scale, with consistent reporting on revenue attribution and follow-through. * Establish a weekly operating cadence with leadership across revenue-generating priorities, decisions, blockers, and performance. * Improve cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Marketing so launches ship with a coherent narrative and a clear path to monetization. Core responsibilities --------------------- * Own Origin's liquidity and distribution strategy across exchanges, protocols, market makers, strategic allocators, and institutional partners (family offices, funds, treasuries). * Source, structure, and close partnerships with clear economic terms, accountability, and success metrics. * Lead go-to-market for launches in close partnership with Marketing: positioning, partner enablement, distribution, and iteration. * Operate as an internal strategic partner: bring clarity, speed, and principled decision-making to ambiguous problems. * Build and maintain BD infrastructure: CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, playbooks, dashboards, and partner health reporting. * Use AI daily to scale execution across research, partner outreach, follow-ups, deal structuring, and reporting. Requirements ------------ * 5+ years in growth, partnerships, or business development in DeFi or adjacent fintech. * Strong understanding of onchain liquidity dynamics and incentives, with a risk-aware, long-term mindset. * Demonstrated track record delivering measurable outcomes (adoption, TVL, volume, revenue) through partnerships and distribution. * Excellent operator: able to drive cross-functional execution end-to-end and hold a high bar for quality. * Clear, concise communicator and writer; equally comfortable engaging with DeFi builders and presenting to financial executives in major fintech hubs. Nice to have ------------ * Experience with stablecoins, yield products, or institutional relationships. * Network across top-tier protocols, exchanges, foundations, and allocators. * Experience building repeatable BD systems (CRM, dashboards, partnership templates, post-close success playbooks).
