**About the Role**We are looking for a highly capable**Digital Campaigns Manager**to join our fast-growing remote team.
In this hybrid role, you are the bridge between the client, the data, and our internal production teams. Youaren'tjust "running ads"; you are managing andoptimisingthe entire ad system, from theinitialcampaignbuild-out, tooptimisingthe ad campaign to share results and communicating the campaign performance to the client.
While youwon'tbe building the tech stack yourself (our internal Tech Team handles the heavy lifting), you must deeply understand how media buying and CRM automations fit together to guide strategy,optimiseperformance, and clearly communicatedatato business owners.
**Your Core Responsibilities**
* **Advanced CampaignOptimisation:**Manage, monitor, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns. You willanalysethe data daily toidentify"winners and losers," making confident, data-backed decisions to drive high-quality lead generation.
* **Client Management & Communication:**Act as the primary point of contact for clients. You will lead weekly/monthly update calls, translating complex marketing data into simple, actionable insights that business owners understand.
* **Go-Live Project Management:**Oversee new client builds to ensure we hit our streamlined 3-week launch target. You will coordinate the flow between Onboarding, Tech, Graphics, and Copywriting.
* **Internal Coordination & Strategy:**Translate client goals into highly detailed briefs for our internal production teams to ensure landing pages, creatives, and automations are built to standard.
* **Quality Control:**Ensure the entire conversion system is functioningseamlessverifying that pixels are firing, automations are triggering, and clients are receiving their leads.
**Skills & Experience Required**
* **Advanced Media Buying Experience (3-4+ years):**You have a proventrack recordof managing and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You know Ads Manager inside and out and can confidently troubleshoot performance drops.
* **Elite Communication:**Excellent verbal and written Englishismandatory. You are highlyconfidentgetting on the phone with business owners and can easily explain the "why" behind your optimisation strategies.
* **Project Management:**Strong organisational skills. You are comfortable managing timelines across multiple clients and internal departments simultaneously.
* **Tech Literacy (GoHighLevel):**Familiarity withGoHighLevel(GHL) is a massive advantage. Youdon'tneed to be a developer to build the workflows, but you must be comfortable navigating the CRM and understanding funnel logic.
* **Self-Starter Mentality:**You act with urgency, high accountability, and extreme ownership in a fully remote environment.
