At Verdantas, your career goes beyond the expected, and your work helps build a better world. **Ready to shape the future of resilient communities?** **What You'll Do** * Lead and manage the design team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and other creative professionals * Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives * Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message * Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment * Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects * Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients **What You'll Bring** * 10+ Years of experience in substation P&C design * Knowledge of NESC and NEC when designing substations.
