What we're looking for

* Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional motion design work
* Advanced proficiency in After Effects
* Excellent understanding of animation, timing, and visual storytelling
* Ability to own projects from concept through delivery
* Experience working with technology, fintech, SaaS, or Web3 brands is a plus
