### Job description \*\*Children's Sleepwear & Baby Designer\*\* We are looking for a \*\*highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children's Sleepwear & Baby Designer\*\* to join our team. This is a \*\*hands-on, execution-focused role\*\* for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using \*\*AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software\*\* to accelerate the creative process. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* \* Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children's sleepwear and baby products \* Design and develop new product concepts and collections \* Create detailed \*\*CADs and production-ready artwork\*\* \* Utilize \*\*AI design and image-generation tools\*\* to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations \* Use AI to \*\*speed up concept development and overall design workflow\*\* \* Translate AI-generated concepts into \*\*clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork\*\* \* Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends \* Manage multiple projects with \*\*fast turnaround times\*\* \*\*Requirements:\*\* \* Strong experience in \*\*children's apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design\*\* \* \*\*Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills\*\* \* Experience using \*\*AI creative/design tools\*\* \* Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities \* Strong CAD and technical design skills \* Ability to work \*\*quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment\*\* \* Excellent attention to detail \* Creative thinker who is comfortable combining \*\*AI technology with traditional design skills\*\* We are looking for someone who is \*\*creative, technically strong, AI-savvy, and extremely efficient\*\* someone who can move from an idea to a polished, production-ready design quickly.
