Senior Software Engineer I

Tecuity has spent 20+ years building software for Secretary of State offices state government agencies handling business filings and public records. Real filing deadlines, statutory requirements, and citizens who depend on the system working. We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer I to own features end-to-end on a mature, multi-tenant .NET platform, typically supporting more than one client implementation at a time, each with its own database and release calendar. Stack: C# / .NET 8 & .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, MS SQL Server (heavy stored-procedure work), React + Redux front end, Git/PR workflow, Azure DevOps CI/CD. AI-assisted development (Claude Code) is a standard, daily part of our engineers' workflow here, not a pilot program you'll be expected to use it well and verify its output rather than just accept it. Looking for 6+ years professional experience in C#/.NET and SQL Server. Government, regulated, or compliance-driven software experience is a plus. Ideally we're looking for candidates who can work onsite from our Hyde Park, UT office, but we're open to Utah or Idaho candidates who can commute in once or twice a month for the right fit.
