### Job description Hard Goods Designer | Home Dcor, Tabletop & Bath Accessories We are seeking an experienced Hard Goods Designer to develop innovative and trend-right products across home dcor, tabletop, bath accessories, storage, and kitchenware categories. The ideal candidate will possess robust design, color, and product development skills, with firsthand experience creating products in ceramics, resin, plastic, metal, and mixed materials. The position is based in our North Bergen, New Jersey Office - Monday to Thursday. Friday is a work-from-home day. Create renderings, technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs. Develop trend-right color palettes, finishes, graphics, and product details. Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, product development, and overseas vendors. Review prototypes and production samples to ensure quality and design integrity. Research market trends, materials, and competitive products. Ideal Background Home Dcor, Housewares, Tabletop, Bathroom Accessories, Kitchenware, Storage & Organization, Giftware, and Decorative Accessories. Required Software Skills NedGraphics (advanced proficiency) Rhino (3D modeling and product development) Adobe Illustrator (advanced) Adobe Photoshop (advanced) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, VisualCommunications, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience designing consumer hard goods products. Experience designing ceramic/wood toothbrush holders, tissue box covers, decorative trays, dinnerware, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, storage and organization products, and bath accessories.
