Operations Support Specialist

**Evolve Peptides** is a US-based e-commerce company supplying research peptides to researchers and laboratories across the United States. Every batch is third-party tested, orders ship same day from our fulfillment center in Florida, and the whole operation runs on a small, fast-moving remote team. We are hiring an **Operations Support Specialist** to keep orders, inventory, customer chats and automations running smoothly every day. You will work directly with the founders and our operations team. ### The basics * **Pay:** $12 USD per hour * **Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US Eastern business hours (9-5) * **Engagement:** Independent contractor, long-term * **Location:** Fully remote. We are only considering candidates based in South Africa, Latin America, or Eastern Europe. ### Key responsibilities * Coordinate order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations * Manage client chats, respond to inquiries, and provide timely, professional customer support * Maintain order trackers, inventory records, and CRM data * Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and assist with monthly inventory projections * Create product labels and manage product information across ordering platforms * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automated workflows using Zapier * Update online order forms, product mappings, and WooCommerce listings * Investigate shipping issues, returns, and fulfillment discrepancies * Assist operations and account managers with administrative tasks and special projects * Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency ### Qualifications * Previous experience in operations support, e-commerce, fulfillment, customer support, or a similar role * Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail * Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets * Experience with Zapier, WooCommerce, Canva, or similar platforms preferred * Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new systems * Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written English * Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace ### How to apply Email**hiring@evolvepeptides.com** with the subject line **"Application - \[Your Name\]"**and the following: 1\.
