Educational Consultant (Full-Time)

### Job Description **Empower Tutoring** is looking for an**Educational Consultant** located in Ontario for our online tutoring company. This is a **full-time, remote** position. Please see hours below. Hours: * Regular hours:Mondays-Thursdays:10:30AM- 7:30 PM, Fridays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Subject to potential weekend shifts (3-4 hours on **either** Saturday OR Sunday) ### About Us **Empower Tutoring** is an Ontario-based tutoring company, offering online tutoring for high-school students in Math, Chemistry, Physics, English, and more. Our team of tutors provide personalized tutoring sessions, tailored to each student they work with. _We are currently looking for a dedicated entry-level_ _**Educational Sales Consultant**_ _who is enthusiastic, high energy, and enjoys helping families with their tutoring needs._ ### Responsibilities * Respond to new family inquiries * Run phone consultations with parents * Understand each student's needs and goals * Recommend the right tutoring plan * Have pricing and enrolment conversations * Follow up with families * Hand off new families to Student SuccessManagers * Write clear notes to support tutor matching * Keep lead records accurate and up to date ### Only Apply If You... * Genuinely enjoy talking to people and get energy from being on the phone **most of the day** * Are comfortable calling parents and **building rapport** quickly * Are a **good** **listener** and can understand family needs * Can be quick **on the spot** during phone calls * **Learn** new programs, systems, and processes quickly * Are **passionate** about education * Are a**confident, extroverted**and **energetic person!** ### Requirements * University degree * Knowledge of the Ontariocurriculum * Experience in customer service work or sales (preferably in an educational setting) * Previous experience in education field oras a tutor is an asset * Available full-time and willing to commit for the long-term ### Compensation * $20.00/hour + purchases bonuses Please submit your cover letter andresume for consideration.
