Zoho CRM Developer

**Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain existing Zoho applications and integrations. * Perform system administration, configuration, and customization across Zoho products. * Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system issues, and user-reported problems. * Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, approvals, and business processes within Zoho CRM. * Develop and enhance applications using Zoho Creator. * Support and optimize marketing workflows using Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA). * Configure and leverage Zia Agents to improve operational efficiency and automation. * Implement enhancements to the opportunity management process based on existing business requirements and solution designs. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions. * Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes. * Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across the Zoho ecosystem. * Provide user support, training, and best-practice recommendations. **Required Skills & Experience** * 3+ years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem. * Strong hands-on experience with: * Zoho CRM (ZCRM) * Zoho Creator * Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA) * Zia Agents * Experience with Zoho workflow automation, Blueprints, Deluge scripting, and custom functions. * Strong understanding of CRM administration, user management, roles, profiles, and permissions. * Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. * Ability to configure and customize business processes with minimal supervision. * Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. ### Skills * Zoho CRM (ZCRM) * Zoho Creator * Zoho Marketing Automation
